it's not maxed ....I just don't want to push it anymore on the logs. After seeing the welding skills of Collin @ JTran.... I am interested in getting a one off manifold made and see how much boost it will take to make the whp I made so far .

I will not be road racing this car anymore.......I will only use it for high speed events....There are a few that are interested in buying it.... So I won't beat up on it.

after hearing your experience at the airstrip, I thought there was no way that would make a viable road race car. just sounds too wild, even if you had TC.

ID has that video where they dropped 4x1000cc (or maybe 2000cc??) injectors into a stock 2L and it idled just fine with NO tuning. They are supposed to be super controlled at very low IPW.

.... Wild indeed ... You are correct... It would be a hand full on a track with street tires. I was told that race tires in 20" will be the norm soon. I remember when you could not get anything in 18 or 19"

Thanks for the info about the ID....

I am going to let JTran look at it to see if the can do it.

By the way I took Beast 3 over to JTrans shop.... They will post video of it. I wanted him to dyno it to give me a base line...

Got the new tires in from Yokahama today and had them installed. TheY look exactly like the old ones with the exception of the tread wear rating It's the same compound used on race rain tires... Which means ZERO THREAD WEAR

The car hooks much better.... But for how long

Since you like buying cars Mike, I will give you a real good deal on a G37 that never gets driven. Can add it to your "I never drive it" collection.
