I'm thinking that the officers here in southern california would find something to write him a ticket for! As for the car itself .... its not really my exact style, but much respect for the cars ability and craftsmanship.

damn hatin liars.. yea i think the paint is excessive but i would honestly like to see the person that would actually turn that title down if handed over... cuz id like to rip his bawls off and beat him to death then bury him with ryan seacrest (same coffin) and engrave the tombstone with. unappreciative gay *** clown.

i've never been slave to brand names, which is brought me to the vq.some look at lines of a car,i look at whats under the hood......this car happens to have twin turbos and 2400hp on pump gas...and runs 6's(no trailer qeen here).if you understand what it takes to run that fast it's easy to overlook someones taste in paint.(or turbo location)

sure it cant' win on a roundy round track, but to be in this bracket as a door slammer with power windows and license plates is unheard of.....and thats diverse enough for me.

I think you over shot on your well thought out plan. I, for one, would turn the title to that car down.. Easily. Some cars belong to some people not everyone. I'm not an old school kind of car guy. So, if that bothers someone, well, honestly to bad. To each their own and in my opinion it's not just all about hp numbers.

LOL.. If you put it that way, I guess I would take the title to turn around and sell it. More than likely I'd just put the money into a 9 month CD and take the earnings out after the 9 month period and just continue to invest..

I mean either way I still wouldn't be the "owner"

Due to the age of the vehicle, it doesn't have to comply with modern emissions regulations....that's how you can get away with the "Street legal" issue on old cars.

I couldn't see real well from the pics, but it doesn't look like it has tail lights either. Its been a long time since Florida has had inspections, but IIRC don't they make you blow your horn, blinkers, emergency brake, etc etc.
I can't imagine that Vette having a horn ..lol

we all play with the fine line of what is considered "street legal",from what i understand he has lights, horn, all the stuff that would make it legal.

i'm sure this car is not for everyone,i guess in a way i have tunnel vision......all i see is "0-60 in one second" and that's enough to make me happy with this car, everything else is inconsequential.

as far as refusing to own it........why would you deny yourself something that pulls more g's than the space shuttle?

i see your corvette and raise you a camaro

rest of the pics at http://www.performancerestorations.c...irocamaro.html

sorry don't normally post things like this, but found some shots of this while searching for something else and couldn't resist. I doubt this is "street legal" or would even survive on the street long w/ the radiator set up, but still damn cool none the less.
