My car is a 2005 anniversary (revup).
Vortech's installation manual describes the installation in the same section for both MY's (2005-2006).

also looks like there is only a tuner kit for the 05 revup motor and not a complete kit...

I have a revup Vortech (yes, the blowers between non-revup and revup are the same)...I did the install myself, I didn't have to tilt the blower down...that's something you really shouldn't have to do...

However, I have the V2 blower so i couldn't verify for sure if you have the right blower or not....I would contact Vortech and give them the serial # of your blower to verify they sent you the right blower...or you can show them the pics I posted and ask them if a 350z blower should really look like that...

But then Vortech told me the only different parts between a revup and a non-revup are the cog pulley, the mounting plate and some miscellaneous bolts and spacers. I specifically asked them today if the blower is identical for the two models, they said yes.

And yes, mine is a V3, I don't know if it should be like that though.

I noticed your blower's intake is tilted way down compared to mine. Did your shop do it manually or did it came like that?

Where did you find that part no.? I can't even find it listed on the manual, and they have every model year in there.
I thought mine should have been the 4NZ218-060L

take a look there and u will know what im trying to say...looks like theres a kit for 05's non-revup, and 06 revup kits, but then there is a kit for 05-06 revup and its only a tuner kit???...idk, would just suck to be wasting ur time with the wrong kit, i mean it can really only go in one way

That ribbed pulley is the serpentine pulley. Make sure it is a 3.12 and not a 3.33. The rev up uses the smaller one of the two. maybe that could be the reason why it won't fit. Also it looks like the blower is mounted correct on the bracket.

That housing looks pretty flat, like the OP's blower...I guess that's the way the v3 looks...

And Chef , I'd be more than willing to trade you a blue BOV for you black one...I think it looks cool!

This serpentine pulley was replaced when I got the right parts the second time around, and it was already placed on the revup mounting plate. I haven't measure it, tbh, but it should be the right one, as it came preinstalled on the revup plate.

Also, it's not the pulley that hits on the intake of the blower if I remove the black spacer, but rather the bolt that holds it in place on the plate.
So, 3.12 or 3.33, the center should be sitting on the same place, right?

I found this pic on the installation manual.
So I guess the black spacer has been correctly installed by my shop.
Back to the start again then, I'm gonna cry!

After looking around on here I saw a revup kit with that spacer in place, so my other theory is out. Let me do some more research and I'm sure we can figure this out.
