Well I found my exhaust leak

+1 on the backfire theory. Did you notice a change in the exhaust note recently? Possibly pushing raw fuel through the system for some reason, causing it to ignite down by the turbos - I've read about this with anti-lag settings for turbos.
Check the manifold or header for straightness. Do the same with the head. Lay a flat edge along it and make sure they are both perfectly square. A backfire should not do this if everything is tight and flat. Turbo manifolds and headers see an extreme amount of heat and therefore can warp very easily. Check it before it goes back together.

yes it is the one that goes between the turbo manifold and head
anyone have a good solution to keep the nut from backing out again? I would use loctite but its only rated to 450 degrees

My builder (SG-Motorsports) is going to use Nord locks. My APS TT was originally installed without taking the eng. out by another shop
and every single nut was loose, one was missing entirley.
