Default turbonetics single kit... true dual borla, will it work?

I guess my question is should i convert my true dual borla to fit my single turbo with an inverted y pipe, or should i sell as a bolt on and buy another exhaust like the JIC single exhaust? Will the borla work? I only ask to save my self some money now! or if i need to go thru the expense and get a better exhaust.

thanks

I have been in your situation. Sell the borla. And go single. I had a reverse Y pipe made. Then I cut out the resonators. Still was not happy. So had a custom single made, and love it. Here is a pick of my old set up with the borla and reverse Y pipe. I still have a reverse Y pipe you can have it pay for shipping though.

I am in the same sort of situation right now. I have the Turbonetics kit with the Cat.

What would I have to do to make the Turbo XS exhaust system work with the TN kit?

I would venture away from the borla since it is too restive for FI, HOWEVER a reverse Y will get you there. Im running the APS 3" exhaust with a y. the aps downpipe however is very large, think 3.5 inches
