Default o2 Simulators? Anyone have them

Ok, so i recently installed greddy twins on my z and no longer have my cats of course. But i keep getting the o2 sensor malfunction. I was referred to o2simulators.com to get a dual ouput o2simulator. I havent been able to see any information on here about people running them. In NY we cant have a check engine light or we fail inspection. Wondering if anyone is running them and if they're working, not really looking to get a reflash to shut down the secondary o2 sensors mainly because a reflash is a couple hundred and o2simulators are $40. Any info would be greatly appreicated guys. If there is a thread that already exists about this that someone knows just post the link and discard this one then. Thanks guys.

I looked those up and i see alot of people saying they do work and a bunch saying they still have a Check Engine Light still. Anyone have o2simulator by any chance?

For only a few bucks i'll give the non-foulers a try, but still want to find out what i can on the o2simulators as im having the feeling they arent going to work for me.

Open to any suggestions everyone, thanks all!

40 $ for O2 simulators is way too much even for a pair IMO but its cheat either way, also, (and even N/A) they dont fully warranty that you wont have a CEL. I have seen it go both ways

You can get this probably for most of (FI)vendors anyways... here is one
http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...st&prodid=3641

Ultimately you might want to still do the reflash anyways. You dont have to do it right away, but you can gain some tune enhancements with the reflash...i understand the pricing of the relfashes but i still think its a but high...look around. Good luck!

If you have the 2008 HKS-AFK, dual A/F meter knock amp, it has the o2 simulator function built in.

My understanding is that it is hit or miss, some cars they work, and some they don't. I'm in the same boat as you are with the inspection issue. I got a reflash, but it still shows the sensors as pending or incomplete. I may try the simulators to see if they work, but I may just title the car in Florida instead. Please let me know if they work for you.
