My Z is smoking........yet again
my smoking issues included a bad oil drain plug that was in the oil pan, but not as secure.. and would leak oil out and once the motor got hot you would see smoke..not enough oil to keep smoking all the time, but enough that when the motor got hot it would burn off causing smoke... my other issue was lots of smoke at WOT, which was because of a faulty dipstick which Alberto pointed out, two cheap quick fixes that i thought i had a bigger issue.
RP 10W30 is the last oil I'd use in a built motor, that stuff is thin as water. You need to use a heavier/thicker oil. Go to Autozone or Walmart and pick up some Rotella TSyn 5w40 diesel oil in the blue bottles for you future oil changes
Wouldn't a turbo seal or valve stem seals be burning a bluish smoke? From my experience on a turbo eclipse, valve stems were the problem. Wouldn't white smoke be more coolant related?
This best thing to do Dan would be for you to bring the car in so we can take a look at it. As some have stated it could be something very simple - but there is no way to diagnose these problems with out having the car.

If it's coolant related, you will see a drop in coolant level indicating an internal leak like a head gasket. If not, it's likely oil related and seems to be the case since your oil level is dropping. valve guide seals usually only puff smoke on start up and clear up after it's been running.A turbo seal will smoke all the time.
I use 5w40 Greddy oil. I thought I read not to use Royal purple. I know the Greddy stuff is exspensive but better safe than sorry! I just changed the oil in my car this past weekend. I felt stupid because I didnt have the dip stick down the whole way causing the biggest cloud of white smoke when I took it out for a test run and hit WOD
Plus it took me about an hour and half to jack it up remove the under covers and clean all the oil up. We live we learn. I hope for your sake its something simple and cheap to fix the issue.
