Blah, chasing numbers by going to other dynos FTL

Your build is SICK, lets see some legit 1/4 times and traps, the real test of a setup like this....

 

Not everybody is concerned with 1/4 miles times like urself and myself, maybe he only wants to chase dyno numbers, u should be happy for him instead of being pessimistic

My post was not a put down to the OP or his goals, just a comment.

 

One thing I've learned about being on this forum for the past few months (coming over from Driver) is that you've gotta have tough skin.....

Just wondering, I know this isn't 'cheap' so i must ask. What do you do for living if you don't mind me asking? People who build such nice cars with alot of money invested, I've always wondered how they do it.

Update:

Well basically the **** hit the fan with the kit, I am going to hold off on saying anything at all because nothing has been resolved and I dont want to start pointing fingers and jumping to conclusions.


I should've just kept my APS kit

 

Wanna trade back, ull need more than that extreme kit with that ridiculous fuel pump ur getting

 

come on spill the beans, many potential GTM stage 4+ buyers wanna know what the deal is before spending that kinda money.

 

Well, like I said I dont want to blame anyone yet

All ill say is after putting the kit on upon 1st start up there was alot of oil smoke so I trailered it to Hal @ Injected

after diagnosing that it wasn't the drain lines they decided to pull the turbos where we found lots and lots of oil in the turbine

the reason I am so hesitant to say anything is because this might be completely Garretts fault and I dont want to drag anyones name through the mud

it basically just blows for me because I have to pay to get it uninstalled and reinstalled again for something I had nothing to do with
