To piggy back on what Ziv is saying, you can swap out the journal section of the tuner kit turbos with garrett BB sections and upgrade the trim and AR to get whatever type of power vs. lag setup suits your needs. The swap is appx $2400 which is still much less than the price jump between the tuner and extreme kits. Also, this would allow you to assemble/install components such as the fuel system or build the motor before making the jump up in power on the turbos.
