Default H Beam vs I Beam

I have narrowed my choice down to 2. GTM standard rods (h-beam) or Carrillo's Pro-SA (I-Beam)

The GTM's are slightly lighter and cheaper then the SA's. I have hunted on the interwebs for pro's and con's and generally find there is no straight answer. Some say the H's produce less windage and the I's rev better but for a given weight what would be the recomendation?

They are both well proven. Go with the GTM's. Since they are lighter, there is less reciprocating mass, which means there should be less stress on your motor for a given rpm.

Also, you will save money while at the same time supporting one of the forum's sponsors.
