Where is this Greddy TT???
Sorry for asking what might be a dumb question, but does this turbo kit exist yet? i keep seeing all the hype but cant find it anywhere...if it is not out, when is it supposed to be out?? thanks for the info...joe
The Nov 2003 Road and Track Article said the Greddy TT for the 350Z would be out about the time the Magazine was printed. There has been so many dates set for its release yet none have come true. Who knows if this one will be false too?
It would be nice if Greddy would post here on my350z.com and update us. It seems to me we have got to be one of their biggest markets for this product and many of us keep waiting for it without any feedback from them. I think if they delay much more, Z owners may opt to buy a SC or another TT kit as they become availible.

Ask about time as much as you want, I will be happy to reply on their behave. We talk to them every other week, as we will be getting one for our project Z.
Next update, Nov 4th- 7th, at the SEMA show in Vegas.
Will post more info from the show.

I'm also in Las Vegas and interested in the Greddy TT. Have you found an installer yet?

I only wish that Greddy was listening in on this forum like ATI does every now and then. I have the money burning a whole in my pocket since they released the prototype last year at the sema show. I wish they would hurry up, but I don't want them to rush it.
i was also told by greddy that the SEMA show is where its at.
The day they release it, mine will be on the way... and we will be installing it as soon as they release it. Immediatly following we will be increasing the boost and tuning beyond the systems factory preset settings and upgrading other things where needed.
I want 450+ rwhp by spring on stock internals! The turbos utilized in this kit can yield over 500rwhp with proper upgrades and tuning.

450rwhp does work if I am not mistaken. Top secret put down 451rwhp. the guy that did blow up his engine was running over 450 using nos. I think he was pushing close to 500 when the engine finally gave. to top it off the PE TT kit is stating 400rwhp kit form. I don't think PE would put out a kit that runs right on the edge or that close. I will be aiming for 400 with the greddy kit and some tuning. if it blows I will post and will rebuild the block with je pistons and pauter rods using the same CR. I have high hops for this car.
Just be careful guys, you might just get what you ask for.
Top Secret, Greddy, PE are all in competition for your money. They know most of us are hp freaks thus if they can out do a competitor who is putting out 380rwhp with a kit that is 395rwhp, they might just turn up the boost a little. When it is all said and done, they got your money and you might have a blown engine.

I understand what you are saying but these companies are not going to risk there reputation to put out a product thats going to blow are engine. greddy kit is going to come out at 5.6psi 334rwhp and 339tq. that will not blow up the engine. Now the problem with turbo kits are that we start thinking well if the ati put down 7psi and 360rwhp why not turn up the boost. that will be our fault. When I spoke to greddy about them putting down 417rwhp, they said yes they did at 10psi but would not recomended due to the fact that they would not know how long the engine would last. We then become the R&D. I am willing to take that risk, but then again my plans is to rebuild the block in time. If I turn up the boost that will be my fault not greddy so I can't say they build a crapy kit. I think PE is doing the same thing, 5 or 6psi 350-370rwhp. Buying the kits will depend on what your looking for. Just my .02
