ATI blower cog bolt
The bolt on my ATI blower cog, (the bolt's head faces to the rear of the car and the cog is the most driverside cog) backed itself out twice.
No loctite was used.
Now on the third time trying to get the bolt tightened on with loctite, i'm not able to get the bolt screwed in all the way as whatever is supposed to lock it down on the other side is spinning. I can't remove the bolt either as trying to unscrew it, the bolt just spins endlessly. I'm not sure if it's spinning or if the blower shaft broke?
Does anyone know about this? or if theres a way i can lock down the other side of the bolt so i can put it all the way in or remove it?

Im having the same issue right now, was this ever resolved? cant get the back bolt off (just turns and turns) and pulley just spins freely(ati says its a shaft key) but i still cant get the bolt free to try and fix.
Yeah, I couldn't find anyone that could help fix themselves, so i called ATI and started a repair order and shipped the entire blower to them. One of their techs replaced the shaft key and sent it back good as new.
