Default Cosworth intake plenum + injectors

Before people hate on me, I did a quick search and i found much talk about the plenum and fuel rails but i could not find much on how much room there is for injectors. Im putting in 440cc injectors when my turbo kit comes in and i was wondering if i will need the spacer or if the injectors will fit?

It depends on what brand of injectors you have and which fuel rails. Injectors that are the same size as stock injectors, such as the Deatschwerks injectors, should not need the spacer.

If have RC or HKS injectors, you will probably not need the spacer if you use Cosworth fuel rails, but will if you use any of the higher flow fuel rails (e.g., CJM, AAM, etc.).

I am using Sard 650cc injectors with CJM rails and I did not need the spacer.

that's good to know, I have exactly the same, and already the fuel rails needed spacers (about 10mm) to be screwed on properly! I will also go Cosworth Intake manifold, and was looking to get a spacer too, I guess I will see how it goes without it first!

I have DW 650s and CJM rails and I used 2 gaskets just to be safe, but I didn't have any issues.
