I've checked everything that I know to check...I have consulted with Jared (head tuner at Uprev), Sal at Sal's Autosport in Houston, and Vortech, all of which agree that everything has been done to check all systems and the blower is the final missing link.
Blower is out of the car and will be shipped to 928 Motorsports tomorrow.
I will keep everyone updated on the results.
Thank each of you for your much needed advice!

wait, shouldn't they call you and tell you what they found before they send it back? If they found something damaged then it would be nice to know what was replaced or what htey thought was the cause of it.

I talked to 928 a few times....but was never able to get specifics. Carl the guy working on the blower always seemed to be "busy."
None-the-less it is a complete rebuild including all seals and bearings.
I was told they would call me only if they found impeller damage.
When I get the blower back it is supposed to come with a full work-order on what was done/found.

Hmm...interesting.
well i hope you get it soon because i'm curious about my hiccups too. I've checked pretty much everything so i'm almost thinking it's a normal thing with this ss box EMS

wow thats some customer service!
Whenever I called Vortech, I could talk straight to the tech working on my blower. They would tel me exactly what they were doin, why they were doing it, and when it would be done.
Good thing you went somewhere else for better customer service.

Thank you so very much for the ******* response.
I actually got a full rebuild for $325. That includes all seals and bearings. If that means nothing to you, go to the 928 website and see what a full Vortech rebuild is listed as. There are many things related to my situation that you do not know. Please keep your "intelligent" comments out of my thread. Thank you.

I do not have the blower back in the car yet. I should have it back up and running by this weekend...and then retuned early next week.
Unfortunatley there are others things that I've got to take care of before I toy around with my car...

but once they had your money, you changed your tune to this
so how was it a smart *** remark? You said it
hopefully it all works out in the end.

so what was the issue with the compressor? was it faulty or what?
that dyno looks like it is producing smooth power with just one burp in there so i take it nothing is wrong anymore.

928 reported that everything was in relatively good shape with the blower...nonetheless they did a full rebuild on it.
I fixed a few things to make sure the blower had the best chance to perform when I was putting it back in (changed plugs, and such)....and the results are positive.
Thank you everyone for your input over the past few weeks.
I am pleased with the numbers above. HUGE thanks to Jared, WONDERFUL tuner (and just a nice guy)!
