I have a 04 350z twin turbo and every time i wash my car i get a puddle of water in the driver and passenger floor then i have trouble starting up the car and white smoke comes out of the exhaust, but after a couple attemps of trying to start it , it will start up fine with no smoke

 

Sounds like you have a problem with punctuation I however cannot help as my z is not turboed nor does it spew smoke when it starts I will wish you good luck with fixing your problem
