Default Help new Radiator intall and counterweight issue

I am installing a new radiator in my 06 convertible. The radiator will not fit unless I remove the counterweight on the left front side of the the car. I assume this will cause vibrations but am unsure. Has anyone removed this counterweight before? If so, what was the effect on the handling and were there any vibrations? Please advise ASAP.

I also had the same question. I removed it and have had zero issues. It's only found on roadsters.

Thanks. I pulled the counterweight and began installing the radiator and other performance enhancements. I hope to have everthing complete sometime next week.
