^ my point exactly, your compensating for fuel enrichment with methanol. You could of had that same gain with a higher octane fuel. Fuel delivery systems are more reiliable than methanol systems.
The reason to run a 50/50 meth injection is not solely related to fuel enrichment.
Tuners also make the AFR rich to cool down the motor somewhat so you wasting gas to cool down a motor when you can have a meth system do that for you and get better mpg instead of wasting gas to cool down a motor.
