"Phantom" Twin turbo Install Pics and Video Clip
That kit looks amazing. Very well done, must have been expensive...I would say in the upper 7's including labor, but a very impressive dyno. Nice Job,
Silly question, in the second picture there is what looks like an aluminum tube that sits in between the radiator and engine cover. What is this?
Thanks

I think the MAF shouldn't be after the BOV if you're not going to run it off the filter. The shock of the air pulse bouncing off the TB could ruin it. You're right about the metered air making it run rich, but only for a second, and the MAF wouldn't have any impact on this unless it was after the TB to begin with. This way, when the BOV bleeds the charged air off from TB closure, it doesn't mess the MAf up, much less eventually destroy the turbine blades.
it must be "boost" day, just didn't see it on the calendar...
congrats to another member.
serious question though, why do you need a safc in
addition to your dfmu? What are you using it for?
thanks,
rob

i'm curious, SAFC, DFMU, Technosquare ECU. What exactly was the Technosquare ECU used for?
also, what is that cylinder like thing sitting in between the rad and the motor?

TS ECU raised RPM limit, removed speed limit, and removed ignition advance in the upper rpms.
