Default Stock blocks and oil burning. Post up what you use.

I'm sure most people running FI knows they tend to burn oil. I'm just trying to get an idea of what everyone is using for a baseline.

I dont keep track of my miles since I dont drive the car that much but it seems every 2-3 times of taking it out Im down about a half of quart. Keep in mind I dont drive the car to/from places. I take it out to play. a short drive = 1/4 or more tank of gas lol. In other words I tend to stay in boost for most of my trip.

I guess a better question would be, for anyone who tracks a stock block turbo Z, how much oil do you use in a day?
People who dont track their cars, how many miles do you drive and how often do you see full boost?

Jeffie are you using a catch can? I do notice that when I go to the track after a full day of 1/4 mile passes it is down almost a half quart. I am not currently using a catch can but will be adding one soon.

Ya its not exact but more of an approximate. But yes I judge how much oil I consumed by the method Cass said.
