... some how i get this weird email, i have no idea who it is, funny that some how he got my email from 350 tech
and he is Cc me on an email to toykilla.....
Considereing a recent posted link to 3five0 =- tech forum (which prompted me to check it out for 1st time in 2 years at least) cry thread on that forum, and some other weird recent "friendship requests" i got...this could be bait...again.... or its someone that probably has only seen modified's car only perhaps

Hi Josh,
I saw your forums about the utec and z owners trying to get race maps for there cars. These guys are just like me. Wanting to go to the race track on a friday night and show what the g/z cars can do. It is good to be modified but it is better to have the car programed for high prefomance. I am very big nissan fan ever since living in japan. (I am in the navy.) I have see this cars (nissans)beat ferraris, lambos, vipers and porsches. Now that i own a 350z. i am ready for this level. Also i am working my way to twin turbo. Of course without blowing up my motor.
Just to let you know the kind of modifications I have on my car is Nismo
cold air intake, Kinetix racing SSV manifold, Ralco under drive pulley
set(3pc.), Kinetix racing test pipes, Maxx racing ground wire kit set and
Bomex spec N1 dual exhaust system (JDM spec). I plan to install the Tomei
camshafts(272 ext. and int.) in about 1 month. Is there any map or anything
I should change in the programming, to get a little bit more out of my ride?

Judging from the grammar, its a Nigerian scam. He will probably ask you to wire him $1000 for an APS extreme twin turbo kit that he got for a steal in Japan, now that you and him are buddies, lol.

lol, yeah i don't care much about taking time to reply to someone that needs 1000s of hours of researching, and its just a dream email what he sent anyways. BUT, I guess like i said, there were a couple of interesting "events" on that tech forum that originated here that some are aware off ..that i dont wanna jsut rehash them here, but just thought id check just in case its not related to that.
