so wait, how long do you plan to run before you put heads/cams in? I'll tell you right now pulling down to do heads and cams is a super ***** so if you can find a way to do it when the engine is out!
also, look into getting a CJ twin pump hanger asap. I ran out of a single walbro with the vortech at 451 on injected's dynodynamics (which would be like 507 on dynojet) so it will probably die out in the upper 500's turbo'ed on the dynojet. If you're happy with that for now then don't worry about it.
so get that engine out and start building it!

Im definitely going to check out the fuel system from CJM.
But thats going to be part 2 of the build around mid summer.

I will most likely have the heads/cams when my motor is out. Im going to be getting the motor from kyle@ipp. He tqs the heads down and everything so... Ill just drop the motor in when its all said and done... I am going to go with stage 2 long block + extras like L19s etc.
Im definitely going to check out the fuel system from CJM.

the meth will help out with the fuel issue a good amount. I'd rather error on the high side so that doesn't become an issue when it's already on the dyno. Dyno time isn't cheap when you have to travel and all that. a second dyno run pays for the cjm twin pump setup!

for clarification, my walbro wasnt maxxed, my injectors were. I happened to put my twin pumps on before I sold my SC and there was zero change in IDC.
So dont mistake injector problems with fuel pump. You only need more pump if you cant hold steady fuel pressure.
800cc injectors and single walbro will support a 600hp turbo'd car. PharmD has a single pump on his vortech with 800cc injectors and was making 550DD with no fuel problems.
i hope your dyno runs arent costing 900++$ Touch up tunes should be under 200$

that is very true. i think we put similar numbers on the DD with vortech and my walbro was maxed.

with meth up top i could pull back fuel and be ok like pharmD did, but i was straight fuel. makes sense if you have a 20% parasitic loss of the supercharger over a turbo though. 451*1.20 is about 540 (theroetically without the loss) so it was nearing the end of the walbro. Hal says he usually sees a single walbro give up around mid 500's on his dyno with turbo'ed cars on only pumpgas.
so ya, i could pull out another 20% of power out of my single just by switching.
now that i think about it i guess hal prob wouldn't charge me that much extra for a tune after upgrading but idk. unless going to a twin pump screws up the entire fuel map.
*edit* i thought pharmD had his duned on a dynojet also....

Whats your EMS again?
I ran precision 1000cc's and made 769rwhp (with 3 walbro's)......granted I upped to 1200cc this year for E85
