FI... Supercharger or Turbo?
Guys I'm building up my Z for like the 100th time and want to get some input. This is the first time I decide to go FI instead of NA and was wondering what you guys would recommend. What are the pro's and con's and what will be best if I were to use the car as a daily driver. I've read up on both and know more or less the pros and cons but never related them to the Z's engine. I currently have a few mods to the engine (I.E cams, pulleys, intake, upper/lower plenum spacers, Headers. test pipes, exhaust, fly wheel, clutch, msd ignition, and comp re-flash.) and wanted to know if this would also play a toll or would I have to pretty much part it out and begin from the ground up again. Any advice would be useful and appreciated. Thanks ahead of time. I'm looking into the Procharger with the 9lb pulley or the Turbonetics with the ball bearings and boosting about 9-10 lbs as well. Scrap the procharger idea and go for either a......screw it. You obvisouly didnt search well enough. You gave your options as a TN or Procharger....enough said.
