Default How long does it take to install Zex TC window switch

Anyone know about how long it would take a professional to install this? I'm looking at getting it and paying a speed shop to install it.

its going to take some time. Electrical stuff is a PITA when you have to route stuff through the dash and cut holes/terminate/check wiring diagrams ect.

probably an 30mins or less. just pull down the stock ecu and tap the wires.

If you are talking about install of an entire nitrous setup, ya that will take some time.

At least an hour if they haven't done it before. The Zex instructions blow.

lol, i guess I was thinking of a G35. 4 or 5 mns for the ECU, maybe 10 mins to find the wires, and 15 mins to solder....

So like an hour tops ? I was looking over Zex's instructions and it seems like you can mount the unit inside the car or in the engine bay. I would like to have it installed inside the car but velcrowed to the carpet area near my right leg so no holes need to be drilled for mounting, so about an hour tops for a pro?

I would say 3 hrs to be on the safe side. You dont want to rush this.

The final location of the unit will really dictate the amount of time itll take. It sounds like you want to run wires from the drivers side to the passenger side.
