I love it so far however it doesnt really start to pull until I'm in 3rd gear though.

This winter at Firebird will be interesting to say the least

354 whp @ 4.5 psi

I'll be getting the ProEFI I-Boost controller and increasing the boost to 7 psi later. I'm pretty happy with the setup right now; it’s about 100 whp over my N/A bolt on and re-flashed setup (same dyno…just a lot hotter today).

Edit: Forgot to get a copy of the dyno, I’ll get that on Monday and post it up.

Yup, it's a Dynojet.

With intake, spacer, test pipes, exhaust, and dyno tune I put down 258 whp at ProEFI's dyno day (was quite a bit cooler then). Overall I'm really happy with the results, can't thank the guys at ProEFI enough for the EMS and tune!

I'm going to try and do some more driving and head out the Pavilions tonight.

Awesome brother, damn sometimes I wish I would have kept the Z. It makes me feel good seeing that blacked out turbo and knowing it's gonna be putting down the hurtin!

Need to hurry up and pay off the 37 so I can join the carnage!

Thanks! And I for one am definitely glad that you opted to get the G37, lol

Rest assured the Black35R is tearing up the pavement! put the hurt on an EVO IX sooo easily, lol

…did you get wheels for your G37 btw?

Nah man still waiting on fitments in 19's for the TE37SL's, fitment was so much easier on the 350, most of the wheels that are out for the G37 are all super heavy blingers. I might just opt for the 18's if they look large enough since the G37's body is so large.

As for now just making a mad dash to get it payed off so I can start screwing around with turbo options. Was also thinking of picking up the HKS GT-RS kit that guy is selling on the AZ forums and getting it custom piped, but the GTM kit has been super solid thus far on every VHR application I've seen.

I want to dish out the hurtings too dammit!

good numbers for low boost!

What wastegate spring are you using? you could always just throw a .6 or .7 bar wastegate spring in if you do'nt want to mess with the boost controller.

Yeah, I’m actually good with this power level for now; I’m in no rush to up the boost right now.

But when I do I’m pretty much set on the ProEFI I-Boost controller; I’d like to have a few different tunes to select from without have to change springs or anything.

Edit: The car getting tuned at ProEFI!

Nice, pretty good numbers for 4.5 PSI. Your N/A numbers seemed kind of low.

Word. I was just thinking 258 was low on a DJ based on his mods and the Osiris tune.

Is that Intense's dyno? How is your car coming along btw?

Yeah, the numbers are perfectly normal IMO, a few weeks before I went boost, we had a 350Z/G35 dyno day, my car put down more power than the rev-up’s and other DE’s out there. It also had an HR beat at every rpm in torque and hp until I hit the factory redline, then the HR made a little more hp after 6.5k.

It’s ProEFI’s dyno btw.

nice bumper but I think it's going to kill some of your power pretty quick on hot days.

Well, most people with boost and either the factory, factory sport bumpers haven’t had issues with cooling so I’ll keep an eye on it but I don’t anticipate any issues. I love the way the Nismo bumper looks though. Car desperately needs to be cleaned now!

I got the 06 sports bumper n I currently have no overheating issues... Gettin my k2 remix bumper painted n mounted soon. Big opening in the middle will of course let it breathe easier but we'll see how it goes.
Nice numbers on low boost.. How r u liking the ProEFI? That system is almost as much as the turbo kit itself!
