Did you go with the GTM RFS or just a walbro pump?

 

Tuner recommended the Stage 0 CJM RFS and when i need to, i can upgrade to the next stage.

 

what does the stage 0 consist of?

ok, i talked with cjm and they said that the kit was only made for the de motor, but that was for their stage 2 kit, did ur tuner manage to get the stage 0 on just fine?

 

I didn't order it or install it as yet. Should be doing that by the end of this week. I don't think it should matter what motor it is for the Stage 0 kit, considering it is just a regulator and some hoses.

 

When I see statements like this in a build thread, all kinds of fail come to mind...

People have been running osiris for a while now boosted.

 

Yep! We've tuned a few boosted Z's with Osiris, and all run great both in and out of boost.

Osiris leaves much to be desired for F/I tuning but it's still a better F/I EMS choice than any piggyback except UTEC in terms of features and safety. But it does offer smoother throttle response than Utec, and for some that's more important than safety features. Only reason I ditched UTEC for Osiris was a dead pedal issue that I couldn't resolve.

But for the OP it's either Osiris or full standalone... huge diff. in pricing so his choice is understandable. Osiris with a safe and competent tune and quality install will be just fine. Hell GTM is selling it's Turnkey TT kits with a canned Osiris tune and it works great.

We'll be heading to Performance Motorsports this Saturday around 9am. I'll hit you up before I leave. It'll be cool if you can come.

 

After talking to a couple people, I decided that a Fuel Return System wasn't necessary right now. I'll do that next year when I build the motor.

I'll post up pics/vids of the tuning session this Saturday.
