they are just the "disk only mufflers"
with your twins i would think the 3" would be sufficient since your dumps are only seeing half the exhaust that a single would. If you can fit the 2" inlet with 4" disks that would be less restrictive for sure.
Some supra and evo guys use these things to help with noise.
WELD THEM ON THE PIPES....FYI
they do tend to fly off under boost
