Why would I want 670wtq? Who wouldn't is the question? As far as traction goes, with that high setting yes I couldn't plant the power on normal summer tires so I've switched to smaller and wider wheels with Mickey Thompson street radials and problems solved. I was simply stating that for $30-35k you SHOULD be making a lot more than what you are.

But I can see from you eyes also. Again I'm not trying to be a d!ck about it, was simply stating my opinon. Congrats on the build though.

Oh I hear you and understand completely... and agree. However, I simply want a road course car that will withstand the test of time, run clean, and make ( the only one I really care about) me happy for time to come. My build and money spent could certainly prove to have more impressive numbers but that is not my deal. Thanks for commenting bro.

I guess if you would have mentioned you wanted a reliable track car with 550whp no one would have questioned you high cost/hp as most road course cars are built that way. I bet that car will a blast to drive on road courses, I am sure you will enjoy it!!!

Sam set the race gas map at 17.8psi. I'll have to throw some in there and take it to the dyno just to see where it ends up. Then I'll post that up...

Keep in mind when you fill up with race fuel you still have pump gas in the tank and it will lower the effective octane rating, if possible run the car as low on pump as possible then fill up with 100+ (run VP 109 if you can get it)

Good luck!

No offense OP, but this is another example of a shop selling parts/work and/or a Z owner not doing research.

You dont need any headwork (other than cams), you could have used that money for other things and made much more power if you wanted to. Head work for the level of power you seem to want is not needed at all. Its as silly as a flat chested b!tch trying to wear a D cup bra, you would see her and be like "WTF?" ...my reaction is the same here.

Why do headwork when 95% of builds dont need it, and then not even have a fuel system to support making big power? And then say "who needs 670ft/lbs?"

And are you saying you have a race gas tune but no numbers?

Makes no sense to me, but as long as you're happy...

he already had all that stuff from the original build from SGP. but based on threads like this https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...a-scammer.html

you are prolly spot on with vendor oversell.
