I've tried almost every shop i can think of, no one has anything in stock, and APS seems to be a very hard company to deal with, with their new 'distributor' requirements.
last resort would be to call cometic and have them make one, which i'm assuming will get REAL expensive REAL quick for 4 gaskets.
any ideas?

That is a unique gasket. Do you want to cut one yourself out of gasket material?

you should just make a template if you have the old one and make your own its not that difficult. I have the gaskets im actually selling my aps exhaust. I could make you a template off mine. Let me kno
Frank Hill can get the front gaskets (two bolts) from JSC Speed in Baltimore I think it is. You may need to use some RTV on these for them to seal 100% as the bolt holes are just slightly too wide, but functional.

For the 4 bolt rear gaskets I got these, NNOCENT may have even found them first, get them at the local VW dealership:
Part #: 1J0253115R
They are just slightly larger than the exhaust tubes, but will hold a seal in the flange.

being that its a 4 bolt, you probably dont even need gasket. scotchbrite the surfaces clean and use a thin layer of copper RTV and torque it, should seal better than ever.

Chris thats the exact one I got.
You should have seen the look on the dude's face at the VW dealer. I said I want the 1.8t flange metal gasket. He said cool, just one. I said no, ALL OF THEM haha
HAd to go to 4 dealerships, but they worked out perfect, and a HELLA cheaper (and metal FTW) than having someone cut me a cork gasket
