This is the Strongest Belt you can get in this size.
I'm bringing this old thread up..

I have the V3 Vortech on my 03 Z. My Cog belt ripped again to shreds (second time..) I think this is happening once every two years. Must be too tight or something..

Anyways, last time I ordered from Vortech and took way too long to get it. Plus it was kinda expensive.

What has your experience been with the LIMCT one?

is this what I need to order??

This is what I ordered from Vortech last time:

Thanks all

The next size smaller belt is a 60T, way to small.......

Their is a Vortech Guy on here that did a 34/28 cog on a Revup. He made a small plate with a small diameter idler that mounted to the back side of the blower.

He had a Yellow 350Z, anybody remember his name?

I found this belt. This is a 68T, it might work for you.

This is the right belt, just may still be to long for you. But its closer for sure. ( it's 21mm wide 8 mm pitch )

that 60 tooth might work that other belt was huge. i mean the tensioner was so tight it was touching the cog pulley

I tore up another cog belt. It definitely wasn't too tight. This is the 2nd cog destroyed in a year. I heard it skip a tooth right when I hit 7,000rpm and 12psi. My tuner is thinking it's tearing up because of heat so we might put an air vent in the fender liner to escape some heat out. We got a new cog from Vortech (apparently they upgraded their cog belts recently) but I just ordered 8MGT-608-21 in case it happens again.
