Default Fuel Return/ pump setup

Hey guys,

So I am about 1 week out from having my full HR TT setup and I only need one more peice for me to acheive my 600whp mark on pump gas, more FUEL! I need a twin fuel pump (something like the CJ Twin fuel pump setup) and a return fuel system with rails. So far I see the CJ fuel pump for roughly $800-$900 and a stage 0 return system but no rails. I called GTM and the setup they use on there HR Turbo builds are rediculous in cost, in upwards of $2000+ for a fuel return/pump setup. Surely there is something that I can do that is a lot cheaper than that. Even if I have to piece something together I don't mind. QUESTION is: what fuel setup are you HR guys using for your high HP (600whp+) applications?

Also, here is my build list:

Block bored to 3.7
CP racing pistons .20 over
BC Rods
Greddy 20G TT
OS Giken Triple Disk
Haltech EMS
HKS BOV
and I can't remember the others but that is good enough. lol

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

an hr and de/revup will have the same fueling. my suggestion get the cjm twin setup and do as i did (im on sp triple pump)

get a fuel block, run a -10 line and filter to a 3 port fitting (-10 on botton, and 2 -6 up top) run those to the back of the rails. the front has 2 180 degree fittings that go to a t to the regulator. the regulator has a -6 return.

all togetther, you will spend about $1500 or so

fuel block $40
5 feet -10 $50
-10 filter $70
3 port fitting $80
2 180 degree fitings $40
2 45 degree fitings $40
1 90 fittings $20
15 feet -6 $150
misc fittings $50
rails $200
cjm twin pump $800
regulator $130

over $1600... almost worth getting a pre made setup. you need a full return setup for your power goals

Thats what I was thinking about doing saves a couple hundred dollars if you have the time to make your own lines. I am just going to buy cjms stage 2 cause the last thing I would want is a fuel leak. just my opinion

Cjm makes the comets fuel setup minus the rails. I guess if I use gtm rails that would work? As of now gtm is the only manufacturer I see with Legit HR rails...

since you're mixing kits you wll need to buy a y adapter to attach the dual outputs on the cjm twin pump with the single feed line on the gtm kit. So add 2 3 foot lines with 6an connectors then a y adapter (2 6an to 8an)

op, in all honesty, but the kits. you may spend $200 more, but at least you will be worry free of leaks, and you wont have to cut/measure/etc.

I'll look into getting the kit. I was going to go the custom "dyi" way but if it is going to work with those two together ill just do that. And when gtm was called yes the price given was well over 2000 for their setup... but hey, they gotta make money too... lol.
