Default Have a bad problem and need help.

Lately my car has been bogging a little while crusing around. Today I decided to inspect my intake pipes on my Vortech. The section between the TB and before the MAF housing had some oil in it. There was even some oil on the outside of the housing and my hood (very small amount). I cleaned everything up real nice and cleaned the MAF sensor. I put it back together and I also added a breather filter on the passenger side PCV.

I now have breather filters on both valve covers. I thought that by adding the filter to the passenger side and pluging the vacum port that it would eliminate the oil from being sucked back into the plenum.

Here is the problem. After reinstalling evrything back up I went for a test drive. Everything went smooth ( no more bog). I got home popped the hood and OH MY GOD there was oil everywhere. I removed the the intake portion of the pipe and it was full of oil. I removed the pipe after the blower and it was clean. WTF could it be?

Just to confirm the pipe that now has oil in it is the charge pipe right? The one leading to the MAF & TB.

With filters on both pvc tubes coming off the valve covers you have effectively eliminated the PCV system from the loop so we can rule that out. I think it's safe to say your blower needs to be overhauled.

The blower was rebuilt not too long ago. The pipe coming out of the blower is free from any oil. It seems like the oil is coming from the plenum and out through the throttle body. I figured out why the oil was everywhere. The O-ring that goes to the MAF housing came off somehow. What I'm left with is to figure out why there is oil coming out through the TB. Is it just the old oil that was in the plenum before I removed the PCV hose to the plenum?

Also I just removed the plenum and cleaned out all the oil that was in there. There was alot of oil in there.

check the intercooler for oil. there is no way oil came out of your plenum down to your mas unless you had a catastrophic failure.
