Just out of curiousity, how many that are on this boards have ordered a TT Kit be it Greddy, PE or Custom, and have you heard anything about your kit?

I know the vendors here have ordered some of these kits and will carry these kit, but just wondering if any consumers have ordered from the vendors.

Let's try to get a count on who is going twins. So far i've am only aware of:

1) Skidazzle (Custom Kit)
2) Cheston (PE Kit)
3) BBBT (PE Kit)

Who else?

 

as a vendor and a customer i have them on the way. 1 for me and one for a customer. i will install mine immediately after it shows up at my door.

I believe Cheston's kit is being installed and BBBT not sure if it has been tuned yet. Haven't seen any updates.

 

Mine is going in right after Cheston (the week after).

Hi,

I ordered one (TT & FMIC( 11/21, though speedshop had not rec'd confirmation of receipt of order until last week. Was supposed to ship 11/26 - but don't have waybill # as of this AM. Until this is provided to me, I'm thinking ship is TBD.

PE still has not delivered Cheston's kit

Nope the car is not tuned yet. It suffered some minor body damage (someone playing Tarzan and hanging from the doors) at SEMA. That issue just got fixed. PE has an integrated boost controller and boost guage. It is still in back order so thats the main reason why the car has not been tuned yet.

Mines test pipes might be added as well. Since the car isnt smog legal anymore might as well make the most out of it right?

as far as Gurgen's deal.. he will be the first G35Sedan with the TT kit yay!.. go Gurgen! that's what i'm talkin' about.. a real Skyline! hehe.

 

you sure the test pipe flanges will fit on the turbine housing? just get custom mandrel downpipes...

are you going to go true dual on exhaust?

from a visual check i think they will fit the flange but i need to double check on that. thanks for the heads up... and yeah the car has the borla exhaust on it so i will be a ture dual. borla is the cars main sponsor after all they brought the car to sema where the car endured some damage. if in tuning technosquare realizes that i need somewhat bigger tubing for the exhaust im sure borla will be happy to acommodate my request.

 

For those who have ordered the Greddy kit have you received or heard where the kit is?

I have ordered the Greddy TT and expect to get it installed in early January.

Now that the Greddy is starting to trickle out anyone else order this kit and receive it.

 

The kit arrived this week. MY installer is closed for the next two weeks and they will start the install Jan 5th. It should be a good new year.
