Buying Used Greddy TT Kit (Maybe...)
I'll check and see whether or not it is tomorrow or something and let you guys know!
I don't think they use that though, my friend had an exhaust done there and his had no such things.

I had a pretty bad experience buying used turbos, better check both turbos to the teeth. No shaft play, no nothing and i would still send them to a shop get looked at if not rebuilt so you know for sure they good for a while. Anyways hope everything works out for you man and keep us updated on how things go
Alright guys so I recieved pics of the turbo kit the other day, and honestly its not in the condition that I thought'd it'd be in, some of the pipping was cracked, and he was missing several things so I denied the offer. TAKING A DIFFERENT ROUTE....
Called Jotech and there hooking me up with a Turbonetics single turbo kit for my car for a fair price. Now the guy up there told me that the reflash turbonetics send you is only meant for a completely stock VQ35DE motor set up. I want to put a Greddy TI-C Single exhaust on it, but the tuner recommends that I get an upgraded ECU such as Haltech if I want to put the exhaust on. Now they are not shunning the idea of putting the exhaust on the car, but they said that I have more of a chance of my motor blowing up or such. Do you guys feel that it is okay? Or I should listen to them and go with the upgraded ecu?

i will start by saying the haltech is a great standalone but way overkill for anything ur gonna make for power with a turbonetics kit or on a stock block and just really not needed in this case..a piggy back is much more affordable and will do just fine, utec, i ran ss box with no issues, uprev is a good option, emanage ultimate even gets it done, just to name a few...The turbonetics kit is an extremely outdated kit and there are much much better options...There are alot of issues with turbonetics kits in the past from cracked pipes to turbos that have blow by and seal issues almost always and the reflash is garbage..Can be a good kit with the right install and a good tune with a different ems but still outdated and much better options now.
If u choose to look at single turbo kits then id much rather see you go with a powerlab kit which is very complete..Everything you need to get going, injectors, ems (utec) everything..momentum has a nice new kit, boosted performance has a single kit...i would go with one of those if looking at singles...There are many good options..do your research...
heres a link for the momentum kit to get u going

lol dont buy a $shitnetics!! that will be your worst decision. I smoked my friends g35 $hitnetics with my bolt on Z. 1 because he cant shift for $hit and 2 because his turbo set up sucked and only had it for a year. I recommend you do some research man like everyone else is telling you to do out here and then think about how you wanna come about spending your money before you do the wrong thing. Stay away form $hitnetics it will not be worth it in the long run.
