Question Seriuos Post to A5T owners with FI

Hey,

I am looking into a group buy from Level 10 to ugrade my tranny. It requires lots of money and down time though.

My car won't make any (zero) boost in manual mode and w/o manual mode the torque is horrible.

In D the my car (and a few others I know) is sticking at WOT under boost, it's scary, like you just blew your tranny and you are in nuetral! I will not be bosting until I fix this new tranny problem.

The 350z Verter has 3 clutches and under boost they are not getting a quick enough shift singal, enough fluid and the clutch is clamping hard enough.

I'm all for fixing it but after the tech described how the 18 bolts don't line up perfect and all the static electricity around the valve I am afraid to even do anything further to my car.

I fixed the timing and fuel issue now I have a tranny issue

I know WD is having the same problem and this kit that Level 10 has been installed on both a Z and a G35 as a CONFIRMED fix. Problem one is down time, problem two is they are as far away from me as any state could be, problem 3 is I am broke after 20k into my Z!

Does the Turbo A5T suffer these same shifting problems and if not why?

Hey 12 sec,

I know of only a handful of TT Z's. None of them are 5AT.

Quick question. What did level 10 quote you for the hydrosystem upgrade? Did you negoitate? I think this is a must have mod for us.

I think I may wait on the TC. My car only has 235's on the rear so it can hardly handle the power I have now. Plus the level 10 TC seems more expensive than others I have found.

$700.00 plus shipping but I have to pay to have it removed first then have it put back in and it sounds risky. My point is I shouldn't have to be doing all this stuff for this Mod it should just shift.
