Default MissFire, No Codes

OK, My Car has NEVER missed a Beet before, in till now.
I'm pretty sure it's just Plugs, but I will Explain.......

1. I started remodeling my garage may 1, was finely done Aug 10.....

2. Car sat the whole time with exception of starting car 4-5 times a week, to move in and out of the garage to work.

3. Drove car after sitting 3+ months, got on it easy, ran Fine, then got on it hard 1 time, ran Fine, got on it again 3/4 throttle, had 1 misfire, backed off and when home.

4. Today, put some fresh gas in, so had a 50/50 mix new/old. Drove car seamed fine at first, then got on it 1/2 throttle 4-5k rpm, many misfires. Driving home condition was getting worse, misfiring under less load, so took it very easy. Close to home eased into throttle a bit more, condition seamed to clear up.

I think plugs and/or a dirty MAF. Plugs have about 30,000 miles and MAF is due for a cleaning.

Will change plugs and Clean MAF. I was really just killing some time while car was cooling down, but would still like Experienced Opinions.....

Oh, by the way, this is the reason why my car was sitting so Long, Please see Pic.....

Thanks,

Tim

well until you pull your plugs and check the connections on your coils, we cant help you obviously

its worrisome you didnt get a code. not even a pending misfire code? probably even tell you what cylinder

i doubt this is the problem but a few years ago when i had that misfire problem and was calling you i found the problem to be a loose wire in one of my coil connectors. The pin had wiggled back out of the plug so it wasn't making good connection. Since you haven't touched yours for a while i doubt this would be an issue.

good luck

mine only threw a random misfire code a few times with all my nonsense. It was doing it for almost a week before that even showed up. Maybe it wasn't a full misfire just a very poor ignition therefore the ecu didn't pick it up as a misfire.

Yea it probably wasn't a full on misfire, instead it was just bogging down ect. When I lost a coil pack I got random misfire along with the blinking CEL within seconds.
