A lot of factors will play into it. You gotta know what fuel your running, TUNING is very important, and etc.

You can expect 400+, but as people have said. Don't run a lot of boost on a stock block with internals.

It will make about 380rwh on a stock engine. If u want more power than that...and u will ! U will have to replace Everything!!!!
The sts kit makes about as much power as a stock engine can handle.
The 440 injectors are maxed out. My kit didn't come with a turbonetics turbo. But the one that came with mine was efficient to about 10lbs.

Your fuel pump is ok to about 450whp and the utec ( witch was discontinued by turbox ) isn't great for higher HP applications.

I would STRONGLY suggest replacing the peace of .... Chinese built oil scavenge pump with an exa pump. My pump failed and I destroyed the engine. Come to think of it, I think u should sell the kit and start fresh. My kit came with a defective utec, a defective fuel pump, my scavenge pump failed, my Chinese built turbo failed, my Chinese built b.o.v leaked and they shorted me the filter sock. Anyway, good luck.

Advantage, the biggest advantage imo is the location of the turbo allows the turbo to run much cooler as well as provide cooler air to the engine. Also since the turbo is in back u don't have to worry about it cooking stuff in ur engine bay.

Disadvantages, this is a dead end kit, if u want more power you will have to replace everything

U have to use an oil scavenge pump to return oil to the engine ( just one more thing that can ruin your engine if it fails) sts pump is rated for 2000 hour life span and is not rated to handle higher temps.

Sts uses a lot of low quality, Chinese built parts.

Location of air filter is ridiculous, watch out for mud puddles! By the way, I took off that whole filter assembly and just put the filter and the filter shield directly on the turbo, u just have to drill a new drain hole on the shield.

U will smack the ic piping occasionally on speed bumps ect.

Sts customer service is the worst...don't even want to get started on that.

You get what u pay for.

The exa pump is top notch, its rated for 10,000 hours lifetime, and is built to handle high temps too

post vids when it's running. All the sts videos make the kit sound pretty damn good on z's.

and +1 on the turbo werx exa pump, it's the best one you can buy.
But I've read of american guys running shurflow shitty pumps but running a few feet of oil line post turbo to cool things down pre pump. But for what it's worth, I'm going to need a return pump, and I'll be buying a exa pump. If not i'll do a cooling sump before a non exa pump.

Small detail that people have overlooked!!! Good luck with the spool... You cant just use a front mount turbo to a rear-mount. Bring the AR to around. 58 and you have a chance of a decent spool.

thats the same size turbo they use on 2L cars. there is no reason his spool will not be just fine at the back of the car. 95% of the kits on the market dont get going til 4000+ rpms, and that turbo will be right in line with that. Plus the big A/R will keep the powerband longer into the rpms.
