My long awaited Greddy TT Build list!!!!!!!! Updated 12/9/12
12/9/12 UPDATE... Almost a year later!!!(Non-readers Beware)
Ok. So after the car was tuned with the Uprev Osiris I started having some problems. Hot/cold starts were bad, idle was awful, car felt sluggish. I would slow down, put the car in neutral and it was shut off!! I put up with it for awhile until one day the car wouldn't run longer then 2 minutes.. It would smoke like crazy when I gave it gas to keep it idle, then off!! It almost felt as if something was choking it... I let it sit for a week until I could get it to the shop. In the mean-time I ordered some K&N air filters to replace the shitty Greddy cones. I don't know if its a coincidence or not but the car started right up after the install. So I had the car put on a trailer and sent to HP LOGIC for re-tune and install or CJM stage 0 fuel return and a turbo timer.
Fast forward I just got the car back yesterday, after the shop spending some needed time, the car feels amazing. The fuel system and turbo timer were installed. The car was re-tuned on 9 psi and made 405rwhp/345tq on HP Logic's low-reading mustang dyno!! (est. 445rwhp/385tq dynojet). Feels great! Boost kicks in at low rpms and holds strong! Idle is 100 times better, no more shutting off and starts seems to be perfect. I am very happy with the new results...
So here is the updated build list now:
Greddy 18g TWIN TURBO kit
Greddy intercooler kit
AAM Dual 3” Exhaust
AAM 3" open dump pipes
Tial “Q” 50mm BOV
Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
DW 600cc injectors
CJM Stage-0 fuel return
K&N intake air filters
NGK 1-stage cooler spark plugs
AAM competition oil pan spacer with SS lines
GReddy Oil Catch Tank
Stillen Ground wire Kit
Powerlab 3/8 Plenum Spacer

JWT clutch/flywheel
Concept Z Performance stainless clutch line

The AAM oil pan spacer doesnt get along with the Greddy pan-using the supplied bolts, as I believe they are a c*nt hair too short? Its been years ....
I had some bolts strip out of the threads, and years ago Sharif told me he just runs the Greddy pan or the stock pan and AAM spacer as he had seen it on numerous vehicles. Just be careful as you wont notice till you pull it apart maybe for a build, the gasket sealer kept everything in check with mine even though 4 holes needed to be helicoiled.
Good mods list, good luck with the build!

What's your HP goal? Under 500 or 600? Reason I ask since I don't see any fuel return system/kit on your shopping list :-). Contact CJM (Phunk) if you're looking to get it. Good luck with your build!!! Keep us informed Ned
