I do not know if the kit is CARB legal. I am not sure if the kit should have come with a CARB number? The kit is 100% authentic and vortech would be able to provide that information.
Reason for sale is that I will be selling the car soon and I feel that I will get more value by parting out the car than by selling it as is.

I have the money right now to buy this for my 06 but it's not going to work .__. The kit for the 03-05 isn't going to work on the 05-06 Rev up. They're different part numbers, I'm not sure why exactly. I would assume the rev-up kit has a different bracket to hold the sc because of the difference of the outside housing on the block from variable cam timing on both intake and exhaust.

i assume this kit has all of the fuel components to run the higher boost. Are we still at 3k here?

Your years are still inaccurate you need to change them because the kit is not going to fit the 05-06 rev up motors.
