Default Proper TQ specs?

Anyone know the proper TQ specs for ARP L19 head studs and ARP Mains both with Stock girdle and say IP Billet Girdle?

I seen a few shops say 95 ft lbs on the L19's and 65ft lb on the mains

but does anyone know if the ARP Main TQ changes when using a
aftermarket girdle

^ Thanks Hal

Just wanted to make sure the aftermarket girdle was not putting extra pressure on the mains
which would affect main bearing clearance
