Quick run down, got momentum turbo kit installed a few months ago, clutch started slipping because of the power so I got a new clutch put in, everything was fine until about 2500 or so miles with the new clutch. When I shift as if I am racing the car it seems like the clutch or engine sputters not sure which, I have to let off the gas for a second after I shift then the car goes just fine if I stay on the gas while heavy acceleration it sputters for a second, the shop says I have a bad ecu do you guys think that can be an ecu problem? It only happens during hard acceleration other then that the car runs just fine

 

And there is no vacuum leaks btw

sounds like a missfire to me, getting any codes?

 

what ems is this tuned on? Quite possibly you are getting shift knock, which is killing the timing.

 

its tuned with uprev, the car has been doing this for a few weeks so i had time to take it to the shop today, but yesterday it threw a p0507 code which is with idle
