Default Supercharger and exhaust?

ok so ive been reading about superchargers for the last hour or so. i tried to search for the answer to my question, but i could not find it im sorry if i missed it, but anyways the question is can i run a stock exhaust system on a supercharger kit. im just looking for around 400 whp. I really enjoy the stock exhaust, maybe the only one who does but i actually like it. I know when i uprgraded the turbo in my 93 mr2 the exhaust pretty much had to be upgraded due to its restrictions.

You can run it just fine, especially for mild boost. Get rid of the cats though and run test pipes. That is unless you live in a state where they use sniffers.

If you like the stock, you will enjoy the NISMO catback as I felt the same way with mine too. I put the NISMO on with the NISMO Headers though and I really like the sound on mine. And that was before the S/C, and other addons and again after I added the S/C. It really sounds nice. I'm not into the loud loud but the nice gggrrrr sound. 481 rwhp currently on my Z and sounds nice when I do step on it, and sounds stock when just driving normal. Enjoy yours with the stock exhaust or what ever you decide. The Z cars are fun to drive no matter what. My 280Z with the 3 duce side draft webbers also had a nice hummm to them back then also. Have fun with your Z.

Like P&K350z said you will be fine. I have a vortech v3 on my g35 coupe and I made 391whp. With stock exhaust. Only other mods were a 3.12 pulley and a motordyne 5/16 Plenum spacer.
