my 420z is completely finished and running well. Only one question. What are the limits for my gearbox in hp and Nm ( torque). Anyone here on the forum runnning high boost with a stroker on the standard manual gearbox? I have the ATS triple carbon plate clutch installed. For now, i just want to drive the car on lower boost settings, later this year I will upgrade the gearbox.

 

few shops have pushed 1150 on the stock trans. anything you can throw at it on pump gas would be fine im sure. i was making 670 whp/700 tq on my stroker build with no issues on the trans.

 

your clutch will go before anything in the tranny

 

8-900rwhp on the ATS carbon triple clutch. I will hopefully get my stroker motor, Tilton carbon triple clutch, running in the next few months.
