Default New Numbers With the 2.87 Pulley

A big thanks to Jeff AKA (Binder) and Nathan from ET Tuning. My 5AT hit 415rwhp and 337rwtq at 12 PSI.

Vortech V2 with 2.87 pulley
Tomei V2 headers

Not bad! Tq seems low given the setup and hp? Maybe because AT? Nice build either way.

Because it's a vortech.

nice, what were your numbers before the 2.87. numbers arent too far from mine. i just didnt have headers and a spacer. i did have test pipes though.

We never dynoed it with the 3.12. But I can tell you it is making 2 more psi of boost with the smaller pulley. I would guess it was in the 370 rwhp range before. The biggest difference I notice (with the 2.87 is more boost earlier. I didn't notice when I hit 1 PSI but I do notice when I hit 3 PSI.

The timing adjustments made a big difference. While tuning, it did hit 425 rwhp and 349 rwtq. In the graph above it hit the rev limiter so it is hard to say exactly how much power I have. However, we did bump up the rev limiter so I would estimate the numbers above to be pretty close.

This is an automatic transmission as well so the hp at the engine will be higher than that of a 6mt.
