My tunner once told me everytime you get on the gas your one step closer to failure keep that in mind. I run 450whp/ 370wtq at 10psi with Meth, its plenty fast but I know I'm pushing the limit

Any time you start a car it's one step close to failure. Just like life in general, enjoy it while it lasts knowing it's going to fail.
no such thing as a safe number. even non-boosted blocks will blow. No 2 engines from the factory are ever the same.
The rods generally start snapping in the mid-upper 400hp range on these engines though. That's the pattern of engine destruction. Some sooner, some later. If the tune is shitty and it detonates then it doesn't matter what hp you are at the rods will probably snap on that stock block.
