Unfortunately, as per my OP, it seems that there continues to be mixed opinions on this issue.
Upon review of the answers, I'm guessing I'll be keeping the COG belt on during the trips, to avoid any AF issues
Anyways I finally calculated my MPG and 17.5 is not so bad ... I wish I was getting the 40+ that the nav screen is showing since I got new injectors and messed up the whole factory measurement system due to the diff. pulse

"I'll take 'sh*t people never say' for $200, please Alex"
"OK, for $200, the answer is, 'Damn, I wish I didn't have to boost right now.'"
"..... something no self respecting FI'd car owner should ever say"
"That is correct."

I dont wanna pull the cog belt and try it out cuz I pop a VQ one month ago and I don't feel like runining another one, so I figured it would be a better idea to look for input from the seasoned members who might have witnessed the same situation/ have better knowledge of Osiris tuning parameters.
And yes I wanna be boosting 100% of the time when driving hard, but I also want to make sure I do what I can to increase the longevity of the system.

Honestly, the cars stay in vacuum most of the time anyway. I'd be curious to see someone drive an entire tank OUT of boost, then take the cog belt off and do the same thing, and let us know if there really are any differences.

Maybe let's just say... 200 miles on a road trip. haha
Go for it. Be our hero. hahaha
I've done it many times. Both long road trips and also just around here. Driving to and from the clinic i don't get crazy because of traffic and road trips i always drive speed limit....heck everywhere i drive speed limit unless it's super late and we are having a little car get together (if you get my drift).
