Shouldn't be any boost leaks. No idea what drop in pressure is across intercooler since boost is only measured after TB.

Spool should be the same as any TN kit since it's a replica of the TN 60-1 turbo. I've hit 7psi as low at 2750rpm

Installed Kinetix V+ Plenum on sunday(leaked and idle was fluctuation/almost stalling) Re-installed last night with RTV black (The one that comes out of the compressed air bottle) Seems to be not leaking now

I need to check af/r (need to reset wideband) and see if it changed. Still need to look into timing map, but that's these are not super important right now since the car won't be driven much until spring.

Default wideband

can you go into more detail on the location of the wideband? The u shaped exhaust has a bung it looks like at the top where it connects to the "y" shaped up-pipe. thanks.

In this picture you kinda see a black nut sticking out which looks like its below/infront of the rearest o2 sensor location. That's where my wideband is.

i was trying to figure out the best place for it. Where the reading would be the most accurate. But if your getting good enough readings to tune with, i guess after the turbo is sufficient.

The best place would be on the pipe that does a complete U bend (the smallest one) I think that's the side that leans out more than the other side, but my casrhasn't blown up yet from having it way down after the turbo, plus theres more room off the downpipe to weld a bung in

Yes, but you need the stock o2 there(add another bung). You can only disable the rears not the fronts

As for everyone that PM's me about wanting my maps. I did not change anything from the TN 550cc maps except the MAP table parameters. I think it's set at 0-12 and I changed it to around 1-8 to richen the mixture up. Only other thing needed to change is the below idle(if you let the clutch out and it drops below idle it runs very very rich) but I have not changed that and is completely driveable

Small update.
My map parameters are 1pis-8 psi. Car doesn't go above 7.8psi. This is the timing map, which was originally set up for 0-12psi. I ended up matching the 60% column to the 70-100% column because that's what the original tune should have been for the PSI I'm running. I still think the timing is still pulled back, but this is something I haven't dabbled in, but based on other peoples timing maps for the 350z I think I can add more timing.

you should let the ecu control the entire 0% column.

Standard cruise timing at 2500 rpms and 5-10in Hg is close to 40*. 16* is junk

oK, i'll switch that. Also, what about the 90% column (my max boost) which would be 7.8psi

I had a few people message me for my maps for this build. I am using the 550cc TN map straight from the turboxs website. I am running a 6psi spring on an emusa wastegate which give me 7.8psi. My map parameters were the only thing I changed to get the ARF to 11.8 under boost with my 550cc ebay injectors. Map parameters stock were from 0-12 psi(I think) and I changed them to 1-8.
