unfortunately, you can't buy any of them separately unless it was originally shipped as a cipher cable.. license is on the cable, once it's transfered to the car, then only that cable will work with that license. you can't use another cable unless it's reprogrammed by Uprev (that's what i learned from Uprev themselves).

Not true, you can use any cable with any license, there is nothing that "locks" a certain license to a certain cable, or ECU.
How did it work for you? and why are you selling it?
it worked well, i wouldn't say the best, but i had great support from the guys @ RT/Tuning .. i went for haltech after 3 months of using it because i had my engine built + supercharged and my tuner doesn't have the experience on Uprev.
I'm selling it because i sold my Z like 5 months ago, and i've been selling everything for the past 5 months, this is the last thing pending now. it's of no use to me now.
