Default Advice for the right turbo kit please (boston area)

hi everyone
i'm new to this forum and this is the first forum i joined. i have a few questions i had in mind.. im getting a 350z 03 04 which has below 50,000 miles.. i want to buy it to set it up with a turbo system and try to see if i can get up at 450+ hp.. as soon as i get the car the first plan is to buy a full turbo system on my car.. im willing to spend on the WHOLE KIT with the cat back and mapping for 5000 i will pay more if needed. i did some research online on the kits available but i wasn't sure which kit to get and if i instal a kit like this one do i have to instal more things to the car to avoid future problems.
http://www.turbokits.com/Nissan/350Z...Turbo_Kit/531/
i really need help in which turbo kit to get and if it includes the whole kit.. things like the boost control turbo timer fuel pump are those all included or do i have to buy them separately whats a good company our website that gives you everything you need
i dont want to buy something without talking to someone professional about it for 5000 and realize i need to spend another 3000 to make sure that the turbo kit runs perfectly any help will be appreciated.
i also live around boston cambridge somerville area is there any garage with low labour garage anyone would recommend me to go to?
thanks
moe

Turbo fail, wrong section dude. Youd be better off asking in the 'forced induction' part of the forums

Umm, that turbonetics kit is the BEST kit for our Z cars. As for what it includes or doesn't...read the description they always list what is included.

Go with turbonetics because its relatively cheap and you're not looking for crazy power. Also it comes with a ECU flash so youll save money on serious tuning and its fairly easy to install since it uses your current exhaust manifolds. Any twin turbo kit will be over 6grand new and requires either piggyback or standalone plus tuning, not to mention harder install and twice the likely of something going wrong.

Best, reliable kit on a budget is the Boosted Performance kit. You are just wasting your money on headaches with the TN kit.

say bye bye to your 450+ and that budget... kit alone will eat that 5k and what about labor and other supporting mod? Also do you really think your stock motor can handle 450+ whp for a long period of time? If you dont have a budget for a decent kit then I doubt you have money for a blown motor.

Please do us a favor and search before the flaming starts...

450hp will send parts of your DE motor all over the highway unless you plan on spending A LOT of money to do it right with a full build.

Go tuned s/c kit with your 8g's, and build a separate block the right way for your turbo dreams in the meantime. my .02 without torching you.

Boosted performance kit will easily get 450hp and the kit which includes everything needed runs just below 7k.

As for turbonetics, i'm not sure who still thinks it is a decent turbo kit but it isn't. It's a junk turbo, fitment sucks and the quality of the parts are very poor. That being said you are lucky to get high 300 hp with a turbonetics kit without serious modification and a new turbo.
