hey fellas I have the greddy twin turbo kit with open dumps and test pipes. My car is about 3 inches from the ground and I am in need of a new exhaust , now my question is should I get a 3 inch straight pipe exhaust true dual or can I get by with a 2.5 true dual straight pipe exhaust? Let me add I am working with about a $600 spending limit . any info will be helpful and also what would be the pros and cons of each setup with the turbo setup I have.

 

go with a off-the-shelf, exhaust specifically made for the Z. I like a true dual with a x pipe…

if you're on a stock block, making +/-400hp than you don't need anything above & beyond.

$600 is about half of what you will need to purchase a new name brand exhaust. If you absolutely can't spend more than consider looking into a used setup.
