ive got basically the same setup you got man and im also running headers on mine and plenum spacer. i definitely recommend the spacer although the kinetix manifold is in my near future, i just cant afford it at the moment. im making 425whp on 3.33 pulley 7.5psi very conservative and safe boost. shawn at church automotive is the best tuner bro. hes got a shop in las vegas, nv and in long beach, ca. let me know how your car does with the new mods im thinking of going with smaller pulley too.

The stock plenum with spacer is way better and more reliable than that PoS Kinetix. They crack all the time especially in FI.

The only other plenum worth upgrading to that actually make a substantial difference is the Cosworth plenum.

Really? I thought the newer one was good. I'm talking about the one that gets rid of both top and bottom plenum. The polished one not the one that looks the samedas the stock

Eh' I have heard of people having issues with the Kinetix also... For FI go with the Cosworth, a spacer, or the older Crawfords were pretty good as well.

OK here is an update. The DC headers and CAI installed and moved to 3.12 pulley. Also I got 3'' single charge pipe for future power and better look .

Those headers were a ***** to install....

Before I go with even more power I am doing some other upgrades:

Including SPL compression rod bushings, Whiteline differential bushings, control arms bushings, sway bars, rear knuckle bushings.

As you can see everything on the driveway. It sucks i can tell you that )

Man I know your pain, I pulled and put my new motor in my garage with a Stanley 120 piece tool set.

But now that it's done, I feel like a accomplished Brain with my trusty side kick Pinky!

I dont even know what was worst to put Headers or Bushings! I think bushings the worst. This weekend I am going to install SPL compression rod bushings because mine are done and car is pulling to the side.

New compression rod bushings installed. Car drives nice and straight now Now I am ready for some power mods.

Here is the list of my next mods:

34 cog pulley
Tim Radius Rod
Tr-1245 IC
Aeromotive 340 pump
ID 1000cc Injectors
CJM Stage 2
Si-Trim Impeller
Rev-up Oil pump

These should bring me to the 500+whp

Very Nice! Good luck, I'm sure you will make 500whp!

I went back and over read your thread again, I saw that you had plans to build the motor, wasnt sure if you did or not because it wasnt mentioned again after that. Did you already do so? What compression ratio will you run? Im doing a bottom end build myself with 11.1 CR, waiting on my block now.

Well hopefully will brake 500 mark. If I finish my car before Zdayz I will probably be there. Do you think your car will be ready by then?
